10 Pieces Of Clothing You Should Never Throw Away

With the country being classified as 'Junk Status' I decided  on simple ways to educate one's self on becoming a better consumer. I am a believer in wearing clothes that make you feel good, regardless of whether or not they happen to be “in” at the moment. Still, whether it’s crop tops, statement necklaces or cargo pants, we are all guilty of succumbing to a trend now and again.  Here’s the thing, though, even if you’re someone who  does  follow trends, history has proven that it’s only a matter of time before those fads come back in style. What’s old is constantly new again. Taylor Swift proved that notion to be true this summer with a parade of crushed velvet, chokers and grungy T-shirts that screamed ‘90s so loud it brought the “Full House” down.  Having said that, I'm here to make the case to you to stop and think carefully the next time you clean out your closet. Are there some things that, if taken care of properly, can last you all the

Paris vs True Love inspired by impulse

When we challenge each other to try out new looks in the office, we never know what to expect until the end. I have previously tried out both looks and have shared it for all to view. This time I needed a partner in crime. I challenged a friend at work to do a Paris look with her impulse brushes to match her perfume scent and in turn I did the same. Take a look at the results:  From Paris with love, courtesy of Zonkwe Mchunu Versus The effects of True Love. Take your pick on which look you love and let us know. Xoxo  Miss wiss...

True love vs Paris with Impulse

I have shared my review on the Impulse fragrances and my personal preference. I have shared my view on the brushes, now it's time to show you the results of these brushes. I put the brushes through an intense test of a glamour love look versus a laid down Paris street look. This was laid back Paris street look for winter, something to match the season. A simple nude look with a defined cheek and a slightly winged liner.  And then there was True Love This is a more glamour neutral eye with a deep pink matte lip and the new almost never contoured look.  Impulse brushes were used to achieve both looks and they were versatile and of good quality bristles to blend and air brush to achieve the desired look. True Love vs Paris

TRUE LOVE VS PARIS  - I had received your package and was super psyched to open and try out the fragrances. The art/ graphics were appealing to the eye compared to the old impulse I remember. The new twist top is far better than a lid as I always tend to loose the lids after the first week.  I sprayed Paris into the air and took a good sniff of the fragrance and found it bold but it did not linger jn the air for too long. I then sprayed True Love into the air and the scent found me, in was sweet yet long lasting, it made me fall in love. I decided to try out True love on a daily bases for a week and then shared the rest amongst friends.  The fragrance lasted most of the day, it didn't over power my senses and was a fresh new scent that I started to enjoy.  The impulse brushes looked compact to travel with and at first I had doubted them. I felt them and they were soft and subtle and decided to give them a shot but put them through a test of versatility and see if they were m
