The before and after...

Once upon a time there was..... lol....


Before
Well I'm not here to give you the fairytale version of happy ever after, I'm here to state the facts of the before and after the use of the product on my very own face. This has given me the opportunity to experiment and test the products, to the fullest.

Before
We all have high expectations when it comes to facial and skin care products. We want something that has sunscreen, that minimises pores, and blemishes and something that locks in moisture, treats repairs and tones the skin, all at the same time. That is one tall order from a mere facial product.
Why don't we just request a magic wand in a bottle, that would do the trick....



And so, began with the routine as stated on the box...

We may have high expectations and expect results instantly, but, it can't all happen with a wave of a wand. it takes time to see the effects and change. I was so impatient i needed and wanted to see results immediately, i looked day in and day out, and, sometimes hourly to see changes, little miracles taking shape on the surface of my skin. Like I would catch a glimpse of little fairies sprinkling magic dust on my skin and "Waalaah!, mission accomplished"  I became slightly edgy and annoyed that I didn't see the change I wanted, but, what I didn't realise is that I was only on the routine for a day or two or three, no more than that.

After
After a full month of utilizing the product I began to see the difference, my skin locked in moisture and looked more and refreshed. The routine is a standard CTM with twice a week of special care, it literally take 5mins in the morning and again minutes in the evening. One has to just get into the habit of the routine and you will see the effects.




After
I had also realised that you may not get a magic wand in a bottle, but you can achieve the expectations with a range of products, that are used in the correct way.

There was a down side to the product, the face mask I was given, is a refining mask, it was too oily for my skin and had made my skin feel like it was drowning in the product, I more prefer a clay or peel off mask, as my skin type is a combination of oily and normal.

But I was happy after a month, I now have ordered a larger course to try out and see in the long run if my magic wand of Isabella Garcia will carry on to produce magical results, and will not relapse once my skin becomes use to the product.

An update on havoc, or maybe not... PART 1

OMG, This was typed out and I forgot to post it. So, as promised I would give an update on my new take on life for 2018. One month down the line and I have no words to associate with this way of life. It had strong points, weak points and points of pure surprise. Being un-ruled by uniformity and time limits, self given freedom, made days go by with such bliss. I would go to work and eat at odd times, do work in my own time and realized I worked better working at my own pace with no background harping from management behind me. How did I get management to back off my case, I didn't do it intentionally, it was a random out burst of frustration. I was handed a project to handle with a 2 day tight time frame, and, me going through a phase of rebellious change was not going to keep to this time frame, unless I truly wanted to, which at that point I didn't want to. PRO BLO CURL ME

I have to say I am not a natural when it comes to hair, I had to study the art of styling hair, but when it comes to my own hair, and I’m flat out darn lazy . I’ve got thin hair that gets frizzy and very flat. It used to be really straight and sleek hair when I was little but being introduced to color  and a set of GHD straighteners at the tender age of 18 meant I just about learned to blast it dry and let the GHD’s do the work in term of styling but the color  required a lot more TLC .
