Rainbow Beauty Powder, which launched in 1917 almost 100 years ago , the beauty giant just dropped a gorgeous, limited-edition set of color-correcting powders, all neatly packaged in small satin cream-colored boxes reminiscent of sweet little engagement ring boxes. Sadly, no sparklers were stashed in these mini cases. Like other color correctors on the market, these powders are designed to cover specific issues.
