Look 10 Years Younger

Look 10 Years Younger With This Healthy Miracle Face Mask

Japanese ladies are doing this for years.Maybe this is the magical face mask they use to look younger. It’s impossible how a 50-year-old woman looks like she is 30.I was always fascinated by the way Japanese women look. There are tons of pictures on the Internet comparing Japanese mothers with their daughters. They look the same. You can’t see the difference. Imagine how it’s like to be a man in Japan. You will often mix the mother and the daughter. And there is the problem right there.

We often ask what’s the secret? – How do they manage to look like they are 30 their whole life? Thinking about this I found a recipe that could do miracles. It involves rice, milk and honey.
Nothing special.
When the nutritional benefits of all three ingredients mix up, you have to get your desired result. The main ingredient here is rice, so here are the best benefits of using rice:With that being said, I think you should enrich your diet with rice.
Let’s get back on your skin.
Japanese ladies are applying rice bran oil, rice bran powder and rice water on their skin. According to them, it changes the whole texture of the skin. Rice is one of the richest sources of squalene and linoleic acids. This makes it a powerful antioxidant that promotes the crucial collagen production in the skin.
Why crucial?
This substance keeps the skin safe from wrinkles and sun damage. Now, what’s the recipe for this face mask?
Ingredients:
  •      3 tablespoons rice
  •      1 tablespoon milk
  •      1 tablespoon of honey
  •      Boil the rice
  •      Put aside the water in which the rice has boiled
  •      Add a spoon of heated milk in the rice and mix
  •      After mixing it, add honey
Instructions
When the mask is ready to use, apply it on your face.Let it dry. Take off the mask and wash your face with the water you have put aside. You know, the water in which the rice was boiling. Here is the trick. You need to do this at least once a week. You will start feeling the benefits after a while.

Your skin will be thankful.

Ubtan masks are in fact the very first cosmetic product ever used in the world. Ubtan is a mix of various herbs, p...
