Mystique Galaxy Palette

So as promised my swatch and part 1 review of the @mystique.beautygalaxy palette.

Firstly I would like to say I always am honest and true about the products I review and personally try them out on myself first before my family and friends.

I was super psyched to receive this palette from @mystique.beauty as it was one I was eyeing for a while. So excited I swatched it the same day.

I must say the colours are eye-catching and alluring. They gave me tons of makeup ideas to try out by just looking at them. The shadows looked highly pigmented and they were when I swatched it on my arm. As viewed in the pics.

There are 2 colours that disappointed me, I have marked them in my pictures. The royal blue is more purple pigmented so it is deceiving and I was disappointed as I wanted a royal blue shadow. The second was the teal. I swatched it and was so happy it was the same colour but after 30mins it became lighter and looked pale.

The palette is similar to the morphe Jaclyn Hill palette and the colours are almost replicas to the morphe palette i would say. The colours and pigment from my arm swatches leaves anyone with ideas of endless thoughts.
My review is not complete as I will be doing a part 2 after I have used the shadows on my new makeup look. It will be posted shortly.

“Great Makeup begins With Great Skin”

Makeup, as girls we long for the day to finally wear our own makeup, but do we understand the use of it? Do we realize the perfect makeup look is achieved from great skincare? Do we know what our skin requires? I want to take you along on a journey of “Great Makeup begins With Great Skin” Makeup is meant to enhance your best features, not cover them. The first thing people should notice when they look at you is how radiant and gorgeous you look, not your makeup. More often than not, less is more when it comes to makeup, but for most of us, wearing less makeup is easier done when you have great skin. Few people have naturally perfect skin. The condition of the skin changes from day to day and season to season, but you can always improve it by taking good care of yourself. Beautiful skin begins with a healthy lifestyle. Oooh!, not all of us are on that track yet, especially not me. Skincare basics include: 1.   Nutrition -your diet has a direct impact on not on...

The Shiseido 7 Color Powders Revival Centennial Edition

Move over... Creamy  color  correctors! There's a new set of skin-evening formulas in town, and they now come in powder form.    Allow me to introduce you to the just-launched Shiseido 7 Color Powders Revival Centennial Edition set, which features,  count 'em ,  seven color-correcting powders. In honor of Shiseido's O.G. Rainbow Beauty Powder, which launched in 1917 almost 100 years ago , the beauty giant just dropped a gorgeous, limited-edition set of color-correcting powders, all neatly packaged in small satin cream-colored boxes reminiscent of sweet little  engagement ring  boxes. Sadly, no sparklers were stashed in these mini cases. Like other color correctors on the market, these powders are designed to cover specific issues. So, for example, white, which should be applied to the T-zone, brightens; yellow evens out the complexion all over; beige smooths texture; rose, which should be brushed on the apples of ...
