Vibrant Shock Lip Paint

Swatched the new "Vibrant shock lip paint" By @essence_cosmetics at Dischem Mall of the South.

Mini review: The vibrant shock lip paint retail at R69.95 per a colour. The colours are vibrant as per the name and are unusual yet they suit most skin tones.

The liquid lip colour is full of moisture and takes a longer while to set and if not careful can stain your clothes or the rest of your face, which is a concern to me as I don't have enough patience to wait for it to set. The lip paint does not require gloss which is a plus so one doesn't have to have product overload on their lips.

The blue shades such as belladonna, black widow and nightstalker are definitely top of my wishlist. Colours like Lilly of the valley, twisted sister and hemlock are common colours. If the red viper had a deep maroon with a sparkle red and gold glitter tint it would have topped my list, but I'm sure I can adjust it myself.
@essence_cosmetics has products at a reasonable price and always updates their ranges with seasons and holidays. Their products are high in pigment and are compatible with our South African climate and skine tones.

The Shiseido 7 Color Powders Revival Centennial Edition

Move over... Creamy  color  correctors! There's a new set of skin-evening formulas in town, and they now come in powder form.    Allow me to introduce you to the just-launched Shiseido 7 Color Powders Revival Centennial Edition set, which features,  count 'em ,  seven color-correcting powders. In honor of Shiseido's O.G. Rainbow Beauty Powder, which launched in 1917 almost 100 years ago , the beauty giant just dropped a gorgeous, limited-edition set of color-correcting powders, all neatly packaged in small satin cream-colored boxes reminiscent of sweet little  engagement ring  boxes. Sadly, no sparklers were stashed in these mini cases. Like other color correctors on the market, these powders are designed to cover specific issues. So, for example, white, which should be applied to the T-zone, brightens; yellow evens out the complexion all over; beige smooths texture; rose, which should be brushed on the apples of ...

Makeup, as girls we long for the day to finally wear our own makeup, but do we understand the use of it? Do we realize the perfect makeup look is achieved from great skincare? Do we know what our skin requires? I want to take you along on a journey of “Great Makeup begins With Great Skin” Makeup is meant to enhance your best features, not cover them. The first thing people should notice when they look at you is how radiant and gorgeous you look, not your makeup. More often than not, less is more when it comes to makeup, but for most of us, wearing less makeup is easier done when you have great skin. Few people have naturally perfect skin. The condition of the skin changes from day to day and season to season, but you can always improve it by taking good care of yourself. Beautiful skin begins with a healthy lifestyle. Oooh!, not all of us are on that track yet, especially not me. Skincare basics include: 1.   Nutrition -your diet has a direct impact on not on...
