The Yoga Sequence

I am not a lifestyle or health blogger in the least, I merely do reviews of beauty products and give insight to fashion trends that are making waves in the industry. This article is way out of my element but I had to share the experience as it ties in with my previous post on 'Great makeup begins with great skin'.

I have been doing yoga for over 5 years as apart of my health and wellness regime. It brought tranquility and flexibility to my life and without it I fell on edge. I recently attended a yoga lesson at a local gym, which I don't usually do as I do my yoga routine on my own and at my own pace. Boy, oh, boy I was in for a treat that evening. The Yoga Sequence

That Makes Sex More Fun

What you've heard is true: yogis do it better.
With improved flexibility, body awareness, stress reduction, and controlled breathing techniques,
yogis are able to translate the many gifts they've acquired on the mat to the bedroom.

to try something new.

I'm going to give you the details on a short yoga sequence will alleviate those common issues.
This relaxing yet energizing sequence brings special attention to your back, hips, and hip flexors, these
are the three of the most common trouble zones that can lead to discomfort during sex.
So here's the sequence:

When all is said and done, you'll be tempted to step off your mat and underneath the sheets . . .
or on top of the sheets . . . or on the couch 'you get the picture'.

Oooh!, not all of us are on that track yet, especially not me. Skincare basics include: 1.   Nutrition -your diet has a direct impact on not on...

Move over... Creamy  color  correctors! There's a new set of skin-evening formulas in town, and they now come in powder form.    Allow me to introduce you to the just-launched Shiseido 7 Color Powders Revival Centennial Edition set, which features,  count 'em ,  seven color-correcting powders. In honor of Shiseido's O.G. Rainbow Beauty Powder, which launched in 1917 almost 100 years ago , the beauty giant just dropped a gorgeous, limited-edition set of color-correcting powders, all neatly packaged in small satin cream-colored boxes reminiscent of sweet little  engagement ring  boxes. Sadly, no sparklers were stashed in these mini cases. Like other color correctors on the market, these powders are designed to cover specific issues. So, for example, white, which should be applied to the T-zone, brightens; yellow evens out the complexion all over; beige smooths texture; rose, which should be brushed on the apples of ...
